Three Elements for reaching your peak potential:

Mind: The human brain weights on the average of 3.5 lbs. but is the master control of our much larger human frame and actions. If you feed the mind negative information and data, then you will live a negative disposition. Control your mind and you will control your life.
Body: our bodies are built to move and respond to great
challenges. A body that is exercised regularly maintains a natural well being that can provide a sense of emotional control and mental sharpness.
Spirit: a inner spirit at peace will provide a comfort and confidence about the present and future. We have seen in the history of great achievements or sports accomplishments that the individual had a un-natural power to motivate them.
It is known by science that these Three Elements act and interchange with each other but it is still much of a mystery. All we know is that these three elements in balance propel people to a new energy and unlimited potential.
